The Hypertec Solution‘s Corporate Academy is dedicated to the ones, who aim to improve and develop their knowledges and their technical Know-how.

Through a training process made in class-rooms and practical activities, we aim to support the accord between the slightest professional competences and the business strategies, in order to realize the creation of a knowledge structure.

In addition to the acquisition of specific technical competences, this project is also aimed to the development of basic competences for the company organization’s integration.

The opportunity to live, during this training period, the experience of a company’s reality is the real additional value that we try to offer.

Furthermore, the presence of our teachers and of a tutor, for the whole stage period, will facilitate considerably the ways and timing of acquisition of new informations.

There are 5 HypertecFarm training courses in one year, usually planned in: February, April, June, September and November. Every course will host 5-10 mechanical engineers, who, after having passed all the phases (classes and internship into the company), will improve their professionality – from the day after the training course for the Hypertec Solution team.


HypertecFarm is dedicated to the new graduated in Mechanical Engineering, who want to improve and develop their knowledges and technical know-how.

  • There are 4 weeks of training: two of theory and knowledges’ application and two of internship in one of the company’s headquarters
  • The classes’ hours will be 80: from Monday to Friday – from 9:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and from 1:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.
  • Scholarships for the students who does not come from the cities where the company’s set
  • The possibility for you to enter into the company the day after the conclusion and passing of this two steps of training and stage.
